Sixteen years ago, I hit rock bottom and nearly lost everything I cared about when the economy collapsed in 2008. At my lowest point, I had $21.97 to my name and slept with my two daughters on the living room floor of a relative’s house. I could not bring myself to answer when asked if I was homeless.

Overwhelmed by anxiety, I chose to take charge and view my circumstances as a moment of opportunity. An opportunity to choose every day to uncover and challenge old assumptions and self-imposed limitations that would have kept me stuck. I didn’t know it at the time, but I was cultivating a teachable strategy to inspire anyone to unlock dormant potential, play bigger and maximize impact. 

Thriving through chaos and change hinges on mindset. While strategies and tools can yield results, mindset is the true differentiator that can drive 10x performance and fulfillment.

Today I help organizations disrupt the status quo.
